What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring all activities align with health regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in facility surveys and help resolve any issues to continuously improve the care we provide.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
• A commitment to compassion, safety, and professionalism
