Job Overview:
This full-time position involves working three 12-hour night shifts each week with rotating weekends. You'll be part of a passionate team in a Baby-Friendly Hospital, providing both labor and post-partum care in our state-of-the-art LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in our Family Birthplace, a facility recognized for its Baby-Friendly practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care in a Level III NICU.
- Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives to stay current with the latest practices in neonatal care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of associate's Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Current Colorado RN License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Current NRP Certification.
- STABLE certification preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
Shift Differentials:
- $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm
- $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am
- $4.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
- 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
