About the Job
North Okaloosa Medical Center is now offering a limited-time Premium Pay CONTRACT RN position with a competitive pay rate! We are recruiting for an experienced inpatient/acute care RN with a minimum of 1 year nursing experience in our Medical/Surgical Unit!
- 12 week contract with possibility of Full Time or PRN placement
- Minimum of 3-12 hour shifts per week based on needs of the unit
About the Job:
- Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care
- Assists physicians during examinations and procedures
- Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
- Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills 21
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
