Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor works 3p-11p
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor will assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, including but not limited to: ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor rounds on the units during their shift, that includes but is not limited to: checking in with staff, checking in with residents, greeting all new admissions on their unit.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses including, but not limited to: assisting in assessment and care planning for residents who may be experiencing a change in condition, assisting with task management and setting priorities, providing education, obtaining appropriate supplies/medications.
