Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is hiring for a Part Time Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor 7a-7p.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor will assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor will regularly round on nursing units.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor will assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor will support the healthcare staff to document correctly and assures communication to all responsible parties.
• The RN Supervisor will consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
• The RN Nurse Supervisor will prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
