As a Registered Nurse, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Work with a team of physicians, LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
• Assist nursing staffin carrying out patients plan of care

A few must-haves for RegisteredNurses:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program and active RNlicense in North Dakota
• CPR certification
• Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion
• ACLS, NIH,BLS, required to start
• Needs to have experience or desire to work Critical Access and Nursing Homes
• Must have 2 years ER experience, will take RN with 1 year experience if they have paramedic experience.
