Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The RN Unit Manager assists with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
• The RN Unit Manager implements and interprets organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
• The RN Unit Manager manages the RN, LPN and CNA on unit.
