Registered Nurse (RN) - Walk in Clinic - Maine Health

• For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 sign on for Registered Nurses with 0-1.99yearsof experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with 2+years of experience!
• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position.
  Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

This is a part-time, 24 hour per week position.

Your Role:

As a Walk-in Care at LincolnHealth | MaineHealth RN, you will be working in a clinical position. Your day to day will include typical nursing responsibilities such as independent assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. When our community members have a non-life-threatening injury or illness, our Walk In Clinic RN’s will work closely with providers to provide a convenient, affordable option for immediate care, right in their community.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

1. 1. Education:Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited 2 year nursing school or program.Bachelor's degree from four year school of nursing optional.
   2. License/Certifications:Current Maine State Registered Professional Nursing license. Current Basic Life Support certification.
   3. Experience:N/A
   4. Successful completion of LH IV Therapy course
   5. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.
   6. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to calculate medication dosages and pass medication exam.
   7. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
