We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in Wayzata, MN! This position will ensure that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at The Trails of Orono. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more. This nurse schedule includes;
+ 64 hours every two weeks
+ Full time, Day shift
+ Includes every fourth weekend and holiday rotation

The Trails of Orono Senior Living community is located in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis near Highways 12 and I-494 in Wayzata, MN. Managed by Ebenezer, we host 59 units among our Independent/Assisted Living and Memory care residential settings. + Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
+ Implements new and updates current resident care plan
+ Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
+ Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
+ Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
+ Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
Required:
+ Current MN RN license or by start date
+ AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
+ Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
+ Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
+ Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
+ Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
