Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor RN for our skilled nursing facility in Elkhart, IN!

The Registered Nurse Supervisor RN will direct the performance of nursing personnel, under the medical direction of the residents attending Physician and the Director of Nursing Services. 

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse of this state

• Has Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care
