*Peninsula Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a newly renovated short term rehabilitation/long term care facility is actively seeking RN Supervisors to join our dynamic team of caring professionals!*

*Duties and Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) include, but are not limited to the following:*
* Planning, coordinating, and directing all nursing staff for various shifts on the assigned units
* Ongoing general evaluation of staff performance and activities to ensure and achieve optimal resident/patient care
* Participate in the formulation, implementation and interpretation of nursing policies and procedures
* Conduct rounds on all residents on assigned units. Review chart documentation on all residents in the 24-hour report
* Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator for staffing needs of nursing units
* Monitor staff attendance and punctuality

*Qualifications of a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS)*:
* Must have at least one to two years of experience in Long Term Care
* Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* EMR Experience
* Must be creative and have good observational and analytical skills
*Education Requirements for a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS):*
* New York State Registered Nurse license in good standing

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
