Job Summary and Qualifications

Is responsible for coordinating all patient activities in accordance with Corpus Christi Medical Center policies and procedures.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

• Completes position responsibilities by following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate time frame.
  
• Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication. Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. Demonstrates an understanding of the Code of Conduct.
  
• Maintains education and development appropriate for position.
  
• Adheres to established Medical Center and department guidelines & protocols. Supports Medical Center’s mission, vision and values.
  
• Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)

• BSN required

• 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
