Pay: $2500-$2600/week
Position: 13 week Contract RN Hospice Case Manager
Start: ASAP
Location: Lancaster, CA
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.42/mile for patient related travel
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. No on call required.
Job Description/Additional Details: RN Hospice Case Manager
**Must have at least 12 months of hospice experience within the past 3 years
HCHB experience required - must be hands on experience. Area of coverage is Antelope Valley including Acton, Boron, California City, Edwards, Lake Elizabeth, Lake Los Angeles, Lancaster, Littlerock, Llana, Mojave, North Edwards, Palmdale, Pearblossom, Quartz Hill, Valermo, and Rosamond
