We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and learn the skills necessary to become a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). We will provide clinical training in vascular ultrasound with the potential opportunity of a full-time role with us upon graduation/completion of taking the RVT Exam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Learn how to prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations in accordance with infectious disease, sterilization, and patient safety protocols, policies, and procedures
- Conduct patient clinical assessment under the supervision of our vascular ultrasound techs and help perform the diagnostic medical sonography examination ordered by the supervising physician in accordance with professional and facility protocols
- Learn how to apply independent, professional, ethical judgment, and critical thinking to safely perform diagnostic sonography procedures
- Be able to apply independent judgment during the sonography examination to ensure that appropriate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are accurately captured in the examination images
- Identify and document any limitations to the sonography examination
- Assist and learn how to review examination images, synthesize examination results, and prepare preliminary reports for providers
- Learn how to perform quality control procedures to ensure that the ultrasound equipment operates at optimal levels and manage a preventive maintenance program for ultrasound equipment
- Assist with the daily operation of the sonography facility
Qualifications:
- Current student of an ultrasound program or formal training program
- Plans to complete the RVT exam
- Strong interest in Vascular & Vascular Sonography
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work and prosper in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Completion of relevant coursework in anatomy, physiology, or medical imaging is a plus.
