As a Registrar at Concorde Career Colleges, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Student Records Management: You'll maintain student files and records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and security. By doing so, you'll contribute to the success of our students.

• Academic Compliance: Monitor and uphold academic compliance by overseeing academic processes, records, and process integrity. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of education at Concorde.

• Support for Academic Department: Process incoming and outgoing requests related to the academic department, including proof of enrollment verification and transcript inquiries.

• Data Accuracy: Ensure consistency of data in our systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies when necessary. Your attention to detail will help maintain data accuracy.

• Clinical Calendar Review: Review and process clinical calendars, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our academic standards.

• Compliance Monitoring: Be a guardian of compliance, ensuring that documentation for policy exceptions is accurate and securely maintained. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our academic programs.

• Supervisory Responsibility: You may have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of associates, including Test Proctors, Registrar Clerks, and Receptionists.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience required.

• Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are essential.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Experience with CampusNexus is a plus.
