What You'll Be Doing:- Interviews incoming patients or their representatives for all of registration; inpatients, outpatients, emergency room, pre-admission, and clinic patients.
- Is responsible for obtaining information that is accurate and complete.
- Must maintain a positive public image to patients, hospital or medical staff.
- Prepares registration forms and obtains signatures as required.
- Answers patients' questions on admission policies.
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the patient registration information.
Full-time, Day shift 7am to 3pm. Rotating Weekend
- High School diploma required
- With 1-2 years related experience, hospital setting preferred
