Regulatory Clearing SME at TEKsystems

Job Description:

Looking for a Regulatory Clearing SME with experience in SEC Clearing. Will assist in preparation for the SEC-approved central clearing for U.S. Treasury and Repo markets. Will be partnering with Director of Regulatory & Business Initiatives and PMO team, to drive conversations and suggest future state for the project, gain trust of stakeholders, and fill in knowledge gaps around SEC/Treasury Clearing. Will need to have regulatory clearing experience and subject-matter expertise around Treasury and Repo clearing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have operational experience in Regulatory Clearing Processes.

US Treasury and Repo Clearing is a plus.

Experience with Bilateral Repo (repurchase agreement) or Tri-Party Repo (repurchase agreement).

Experience and understanding dealing with clearing obligations under various regulations.

Interpret regulatory requirements and translate for other lines of business.

Experience and understanding of U.S. Treasury Clearing approval by SEC
