About the Job
The Opportunity
Join our Trimark Consulting Services team as an Engineering Project Manager to drive delivery of utility scale SCADA systems. You will coordinate with our design teams, software engineers, contractors, regulators, and clients to manage a portfolio of 5-10 large scale 50MW and above solar and battery storage projects.
The Team
You will report to our Trimark Consulting Services Manager and work alongside a growing team of 7-8 contributors, as well as collaborate across the organization with our technology, engineering, and business development teams.
The Environment
This role can be successfully performed in Office-Based, Home-Based (US only), or Flex-Based work locations. You will work in a controlled office environment or from your Home-Based worksite, as well as virtually with your team members. Occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Folsom, CA may be required for collaboration, training, and team building.

As a Project Manager, you will be working with individuals who have over 30 years experience working within the CAISO market to learn to successfully manage a project portfolio in ISO markets.
Your Key Contributions
- Developing and managing all aspects of a project including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery team
- Engage with the internal and external stakeholders in the development of a project plan
- Manage communication among internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks/issues, and solutions
- Actively manage multiple concurrent projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedules
- Create change orders for additional or out-of-scope work
- Track and report on project portfolio performance
- Support business development activities such as reviewing pricing estimates and project scope
Traits for Success
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2+ years increasing responsibility in Project Management
- Practical experience in applying project management practices and procedures
- BONUS: Understanding of CAISO Business Process Manual and the RIMS process
- BONUS: Familiarity with PJM, MISO, ERCOT, NYISO, SPP, ISO-NE, or other regulatory/compliance entities
- BONUS: CAPM or PM certification
- BONUS: Experience using NetSuite ERP

Pay Transparency
This announcement is open to Level II job levels. The base pay range for this position is $34.00-$38.00/hour, with starting salary typically in the low to mid-range for the job level. This is an overtime non-exempt position. Compensation is based on market rate, job level, job related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and certifications. This is a Full Time opportunity.
