We are seeking a Regulatory & Quality System Specialist to:
- Be responsible for the regulatory monitoring, process improvement, and quality assessment at UW Health Transplant Center to ensure readiness for and support regulatory surveys.
- Ensure that appropriate and effective qua l ity systems are implemented throughout the organizatio n and monitor quality i mprovement ini tia tives to im prove operational effectiveness, safety and efficiencies while meeting regulatory requirements.
- W ork with UW Health Transplant Center leadership to identify and support performance improvement initiatives and ideas.
- Ensure accountability for quality improvement projects including documentation of performance improvement initiatives such as A3 posters or thorough analyses and sustainability plans.
- Create, audit, and maintain alignment of internal policies and guidelines with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in business administration, science, health care, public health, or other life sciences related field Required
- Three (3) years of relevant quality assurance experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, science, health care, public health, or other life sciences related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of related quality assurance and performance experience Preferred
