JOB DESCRIPTION
Individual contributor Responsible for providing day to day global regulatory support & execution for the Regulatory Affairs department to aid in the successful launch and lifecycle of compliant products from ingredient review to label assessment to government product submissions, documentation, and related dossiers to ensure accuracy and completeness for global product launches. Typically reports to Regulatory Affairs Specialist II or Senior Specialist. Typically no direct reports. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0-2 years experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, fragrance, consumer products or other related field.

Could you provide a little background on the department and the team they will be working on?
Candidate would be working on the Development Regulatory team in the Product Integrity department. We are a small sub-section of a larger Regulatory team. We as a Regulatory team are 15 people total. They will be completing Product Information Files, and assisting with various projects (MoCRA implementation, EU Allergens, SB312 etc.)
What are some things that would stand out from candidates?
Someone with Regulatory experience and/or an interest in Regulatory. Someone with general office experience
What are some disqualifiers?
Not a college grad, someone who is not a team player or prefers to work alone.
What is your timeline for reviewing, interviewing, and hiring a candidate?

What is the interview process for this role?
Should be quick/easy. Candidate will meet with me and the team. Should be all done in 1 interview
What would a typical day look like in this role as far as workload?
A typical day would be spent attending (Virtual) meetings, reviewing artwork, creating Product Information Files (PIFS), assisting the team with their needs
Is there a chance this will be extended?
Yes there s a chance this contract will be extended

Yes we would consider a recent grad

This role is opening up because our current contractor has accepted a full time opportunity.
