Job Title: Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
Location: North Hollywood, CA

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all rehabilitation services within the facility.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Manage departmental budget and resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
