Rehab Program Manager - Full Time - (Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) - Symbria

Overview

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at St. Paul Homes in Greenville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner.

This role is 100% on site and will be managerial/treating role - at this time we can only consider candidates that are licensed Physical or Occupational Therapists in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy  (PT or OT).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience required - at least one year as a Lead, Assistant DOR or DOR
•  Experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation
