Rehab Program Manager - Full Time - PT, PTA, OTR or COTA - Symbria

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Lutheran Community at Telford is seeking its next employee-owner.

This position will be open only to the following disciplines:  PT, PTA, OTR or COTA.  Please note that in addition to managerial/administrative functions, treating residents will be required up to 50%.  This is a 100% on-site role.

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, or OT).
• Must have CPR Certification, Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance Card (required for possible home health ON CAMPUS)
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation.
