About the Job
The Cleveland Clinic Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation seeks a full-time psychologist to provide both inpatient consultation and outpatient evaluation and management. The qualified candidate will join an established team to provide staffing for an adult inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Avon, OH. Outpatient activities will be mostly focused on neurorehabilitation, particularly traumatic brain injury. Background and experience in neuropsychological assessment is preferred.
Qualified candidates must possess a Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology from an APA approved training program. Completion of an APA approved internship program and completion of a 1-2 year postdoctoral residency with a specialization in rehabilitation psychology and/or neuropsychology is preferred. Neuropsychologists should have board certification or must be eligible for board certification. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years full time clinical experience working in the psychology and/or rehabilitation field (can include internship and postdoctoral residency). In addition, candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio.
The position will allow you to work as part of an interdisciplinary rehab team, providing individual, group, and family therapies addressing education and adjustment related to injury/illness.
