Adecco is seeking a dedicated Reimbursement Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Cary, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless healthcare claims processing, financial guidance, and patient support.

Qualifications
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience in healthcare or insurance industry (preferred, but not required).
+ Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, billing, and collections.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience with benefits investigation, copay assistance, prior authorization, and claims adjudication preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process healthcare information and medical claims.
+ Handle healthcare billing and collection services.
+ Provide financial guidance to patients, families, and third-party representatives.
+ Verify insurance eligibility coverage for drug benefits.
+ Serve as a liaison between patients and insurance companies.
+ Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Possess a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Pay Details: $21.95 per hour
