Manager, Reinsurance Accounting - Financial Operations - P&C/Life Insurance

We're assisting another recruiter on this search. This opportunity has both assumed and ceded functions and includes responsibilities for STAT/GAAP/IFRS accounting. Canadian IFRS would be especially helpful. Will supervise 1 supervisor and 4 staff.

Strong BI experience is required as is the ability to complete complex financial analysis. Should have an eye for staff productivity, financial software functions and work flow analysis with focus on cost savings.

Position is one of higher visibility and will take a leading role at audit as well as having responsibility over the accuracy of the reporting by the international team.

Degree is required and CPA is preferred, but not required.
