Role Overview:
Are you a people person who loves building strong relationships and helping others succeed? As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the face of our organization, working closely with NC WAP Subgrantees to ensure they have the support and resources they need. If you're great at connecting with people, enjoy traveling, and are passionate about making a difference, this role could be perfect for you. You'll play a key role in providing program updates, training, and support to our partners, helping them thrive in their weatherization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person visits to each NC WAP Subgrantee, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Host monthly online sessions to provide programmatic updates and address any concerns or questions.
- Facilitate online platform training sessions, ensuring Subgrantees are comfortable with the tools and resources available.
- Lead Justice40 live webinars, providing essential information and updates related to the initiative.
- Support WAP Subgrantees with engagement and recruiting efforts, helping them to attract and retain participants.
- Develop and deliver online training specific to the basics of weatherization and WAP, enhancing Subgrantees' knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Experience in program management or a related field, with a focus on community engagement or support.
- Comfort with public speaking and leading webinars or training sessions.
- Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina to visit Subgrantees in person.
- Familiarity with weatherization programs, WAP, or similar community-based initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and training tools, with the ability to teach others how to use them effectively.
