+ This is a 2-year contract
+ This position is 100% remote work hours 9 am – 5 pm / 40 hours per week
+ Preferred Skills: Attention to detail, personable and able to communicate and relate effectively with others on the phone or video, analytical skills a must-have, good written communication (email and business writing)
Required Function 1:
Required Function 1:
• Oversee and conduct centralized Docusign mailing project
• Test enhancements to the workflow prior to each phase or launch of the offices.
• Coordinate data updates as they relate to the preparation of the project.
• Prepare, send, and track client mailing to completion.
• Address any inquiries regarding the mailing.• Provide management reporting and summaries on the status of the mailing.
• Act as a liaison between the client-facing and operational departments to address any issues related to the mailing.
Required Function 2:
Skill sets include:
Timely responder, good communicator – provides regular status updates without chasing down, strong attention to detail, ability to analyze data and identify issues, strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong organization skills, demonstrates risk awareness, and proficient in Excel isa plus.
