Release Engineer (Copado) - Hybrid - cyberThink, Inc

Job Description: 
As a Release Engineer (Copado), you will lead the management and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines, initially coordinating GitHub code releases manually across Salesforce teams before transitioning to Copado for automated releases. Your expertise with Copado, AWS DevOps, and related tools will play a crucial role in refining our release processes and advancing deployment strategies. In close collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams, you will contribute to a secure, scalable, and automation-focused cloud environment.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage GitHub code releases for Salesforce teams, implementing Copado for automated release management. 
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Copado and AWS DevOps to streamline software releases. 
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing, ensuring high code quality. 
• Use tools like Prometheus and Grafana for infrastructure monitoring, proactively resolving performance issues. 
• Scale and secure AWS infrastructure to meet application requirements, prioritizing reliability and security. 
• Develop version control strategies for Salesforce deployments, leveraging Git and Copado for automation. 
• Document release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure configurations comprehensively. 
• Continuously enhance processes by staying informed on industry trends and DevOps best practices. 
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and Ansible is advantageous but not required.

 
 
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
