About the Job
- Maintaining and implementing a release schedule in Jira
- Staying on top of teams- devs, dev ops, stakeholders
- Keeping everyone on schedule- two week releases; Accounting for code going to SIT, QA, Code freezes and demos
- Entering tickets into Cherwell ticketing system and coordinating with the Enterprise Release team to ensure other environments are not disrupted
- Participating in stand up meetings and product owner meetings/take ownership and lead a room
- Release plan and release schedule cadence
Requirements:
- Release management experience in a fast-paced iterative environment; Must be flexible to adapt as needed
- Experience creating release schedules in Jira and executing those schedules
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders and change verbiage from technical teams into terms that are understood
- Top notch organization skills
- Ability to lead and drive meetings/tasks in a way that is well received by peers and leadership
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment with little direction
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely to peers and upper management VP level, etc
- Experience maintaining release schedules, working as release mgr in a large enterprise environment
- Ability to speak to releases to high level - VP, etc.
- Experience in an IT Operations environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
