Job Description
Saint Luke’s Release of Information departmentis seekinga Release of Information Customer Care Representative to join our team. You willwork to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances,whilemaintaininga pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for timely and accurate release of patient medical information in accordance with regulatory requirements SLHS policies and procedures and federal and state statutes
Proper documentation and tracking of requests for information
Providing personalized customer service to all requestors.
Work requires the use of critical thinking skills as well as organizational skills. High volume work load in a fastpaced environment. Works independently with minimal direction.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
