KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 3+ years of proven experience in supporting software releases and tracking bug issues.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret bug reports.
- Creating reports for key stakeholder on status of release
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with Project Management, Release Engineering, QA and Development teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
