As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you'll support factory operations by implementing maintenance strategies like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Asset Life Cycle Management (ALM). You’ll also champion Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs to help drive continuous improvement and risk management.

Maintenance Reliability Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Support factory operations to enable and deliver asset maintenance, employing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Asset Life Cycle Management (ALM) strategies.
- Champion Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs and initiatives to drive loss elimination and risk management.
- Partner with factory teams to develop a proactive, planned maintenance program that fosters skill development and continuous improvement.
- Analyze data trends using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to enhance maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to create and implement maintenance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and preventive maintenance schedules.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 am or 7 am start time (Flexible)
8-10 hour days
Pay: $35/hour - $40/hour
Maintenance Reliability Engineer Qualifications:
- Recognized skills in engineering and maintenance
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good working knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo preferred) and the ability to analyze data for insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints and machine manuals.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and their effective implementation.
