Title : Remediation Project Manager, Account Coordination
Location : Plymouth, MN/Remote
Duration : 12 Months contract

Job description

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience Required
• Minimum 4 years Project Management experience required
• University / College degree (BA) preferred
• PMI Certification is a plus

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Position requires a significant amount of phone and email correspondence, strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Experience in medical device industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Management skills: as primary liaison between ICU Medical and Customer Accounts, the manager will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
• Support creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling
• Create, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts
• Manage Resource allocations for account scheduling
• Co-manage assigned Resources (provide work location, schedule, instructions, etc.)
• Provide ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics (Change Management)
• Where appropriate, coordinate return of affected devices to a Company location
• Provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
• Document account statuses, provide Quality record
