US Citizen, Green Card & H1B Transfer
Role Description:
Administer the BMC Remedy ITSM suite, including configuring support users and populating support groups, creating and updating operational and product categories, and creating Incident, Change, and Task templates as required
Configure service request and work order process flows
Create and schedule reports using BMC Smart Reporting
Assist the Change Manager with managing the Infrastructure Change Management Process
Manage the BMC Discovery job schedule, ensure that jobs are running as scheduled, and work with the Remedy Engineers to resolve issues with device discovery
Create and manage service level targets
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- BMC Discovery (ADDM) experience
Required Skills: -
At least five years administering the BMC Remedy ITSM applications
- Experience with Remedy SRM and ITSM 9.x from an administrator perspective
- Knowledge of the CMDB and Asset Management applications
