Looking for a Remedy developer who is interested in working in a dynamic and complex technical environment. The successful candidate will consult with architects to develop Remedy and/or other applications which are used by various internal clients within Global Infrastructure Operations. The developer has independent authority to make significant changes to systems and environments and will use soft skills such as time management, communication and organization to deliver code and applications on time and within the design guidelines. This position requires on-call support.

- Designs and develops applications that utilize Remedy workflow and or Java, HTML, .Net or C# based on user defined requirements
- Writes code, programs, tests, and analyzes workflow processes within the Remedy SRM and ARS applications
- Evaluates development tools and meets with vendors to determine technical functionality
- Formulates development standards and policies to ensure quality and ease of use
- Advise management about technical issues in the organization
- Works on moderately complex projects with moderate to high breadth of responsibility
- Participates in far-reaching research projects, making important decisions.
- Works independently on assigned tasks
- Performs additional job duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience and certifications
- Minimum 4 years Remedy Development Experience
- Remedy Version 7.6 preferred but not required
- 1 year DB2 experience
- 1 year experience in Java, .NET, HTML or XML knowledge
- SQL Syntax experience
- Experienced with MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio)
- 1 to 2 years BMC SRM experience preferred
