Job Description:
We are looking for candidates with ITSM support experience in Remedy. We also use Kinetic Data with our Remedy solution for custom request forms. Candidates must have Remedy support experience (application support, incident troubleshooting and resolution, work order fulfillment). KD experience is a plus. Java Script experience for Remedy and KD development is a plus
2-4 years of experience supporting Remedy would be great. Most helpful if they have the experience in a large enterprise.
