- Oversee all aspects of residential remodeling projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring safety and compliance with building codes.
- Interpret construction blueprints and ensure adherence to the project scope.
- Perform regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Provide clear communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and minimize cost overruns.
- Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Work closely with the project coordinator for material sourcing and delivery.
- Lead crews and working foreman, ensuring daily tasks and timelines are met.
- Complete final punch lists with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage scheduling for internal staff and subcontractors to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee the installation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, drywall, and other trades.
- Perform various remodeling tasks to support the team when needed.
- Experience: 5+ years in construction or remodeling, with crew management and scheduling experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and work in various physical environments.
- Driver's License: Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and addressing project challenges.
- Construction Knowledge: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with home remodeling and residential construction processes.
- Experience with project management software such as JobTread.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
