Selectek is looking for a Remote Architect who is licensed with a background in commercial, retail, and mixed-use.

Pay range: $100,000 - $115,000 annual salary
Location of job: Greenville, SC (can remote in continental United States)
Hours & Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM 5PM

Required:
- BS Architect or MS Architect
- Licensed in South Carolina (or able to get licensed there)
- NCARB Registered Architect
- 10 - 15 years of experience designing retail, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Partner opportunity
- Must have leadership experience to manage a team of designers
- Experience with project management and client interactions
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, Photoshop
- Knowledge of construction production detailing
- Excellent written and verbal skills
