Compliance Administrator / Specialist
Location; Remote, US
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client has a need for a compliance professional to support administrative contracts and compliance reporting, tracking, due diligence, and general administrative actions. The individual will be potentially tasked with functions in state registrations, insurance, contracts and finance. Current Senior Director of Finance and/or Associate Director of Contracts will provide guidance and tasking support to help track due diligence, review contract documents, and support project execution, as well as sign off on project status and next steps.
- Contracts Management
- Contracts Playbook-Resource Development
- Program Management
- Support OnSpring development and implementation, as needed
- Support creation and development of contracts compliance deliverables, in consult with OnSpring implementation POC
- Create and manage a contracts calendar
- Contracts Administration
- Support clerical and contract administration tasks like intake, signing, routing, and follow up on status as needed
- Insurance
- Application and Renewal drafting and tracking
- Certificates of Insurance & Verification checks for government contracts
- Audits (Workers comp, Contracts, etc)
- Create and manage a insurance calendar
- Other Risk Management
- Institutional Document and Policy Retention: Maintenance
- Records Retention Support/Mgmt
- Compliance Playbook-Resource Development
- Registrations
- Own the Applications and Renewals process
- Track Status and follow up with Harbor Compliance/States
- Document Retention
- Maintain Other Compliance Registrations (SAM.gov, Grants.gov, Trademark, DMCA)
- Create and manage a compliance/Harbor Compliance calendar
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with compliance reporting and registration requirements
- Experience in spreadsheets, tracking, databases, and project management software
- Ability to track the status of multiple projects at varying stages
- Understanding of Contracts language, terms, and provisions
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience with building reports and gathering information for varying levels at the organization
- Ability to re-prioritize and work in a fast-moving environment
- Preference for the below:
- Software and tools may include but not limited to: Asana, OnSpring, Concord, Google Suite, Dropbox, Microsoft Office
- Experience as a Paralegal or in a contracts or compliance environment or experience as an Executive Assistant
