HCM Reporting Analysts 

Mandatory Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing data analysis, reporting through dashboards, and supporting requests for the creation of reports.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience creating, implementing, enforcing, and negotiating data exchange standards and policies.
• Strong Public Sector Experience, Mainly State of California

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) years of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.
• Current certification in Lean Six Sigma (copy of active certification must be provided)
• State of CA exp or Big Counties, Cities in California State as preference
• Public Sector exp of other States
