Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Engage with policyholders and third parties via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Policy Management: Process requests, update policy information, and review procedures for accuracy.
- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Ongoing Support: Maintain and manage communication with clients to ensure their policies stay up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Service: A genuine desire to help families protect their financial futures.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to clearly explain insurance products and foster client relationships.
- Empathy & Sensitivity: The ability to understand and respond to clients’ unique situations with compassion.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and policy management is essential.
- Sales/Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work.
- Independence & Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable Attendance: Consistent, predictable attendance is necessary to meet client needs.
- Home Office Setup: A quiet, designated workspace is required for remote work.
