In this direct-hire, remote customer service representative role, you will support a growing team. The CSR will respond professionally to inbound service requests from patients as well as physicians. Must be able to provide accurate information and timely follow-through to requests requiring extensive research and response.
The successful healthcare CSR candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, with established standards, guidelines and procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians.
Hours: This role requires the ability to work 40 hours, with potential for overtime as needed. Flexibility to work varied schedules during initial training is required.
Regular work schedule will be Monday - Friday, PLUS full benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401K, PTO, annual bonus and MORE!
Required Skills:
- Must possess strong communication skills and be articulate and concise. Speaks clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice.
- Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems. While not required, foreign language fluency is a plus.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and manage objectives with little supervision.
- Types with speed and accuracy, familiarity/working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mastery not needed) and modern office procedures.
- Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and at least one year of prior customer services experience. Equivalent combination of education and prior experience where two years’ experience equals one year of schooling may be used for education requirement.
