Salary: Base pay 160-275k depending on experience and what billable hours you pick. Package also includes bonus and benefits including 100% paid healthcare!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues to clients
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases related to employment disputes
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Advise clients on compliance with wage and hour laws, HR consulting, and employment regulations
- Assist in investigations, audits, and employee management issues including terminations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional client service
- Collaborate with team members to strategize case approaches and solutions
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employment Law and Civil Litigation
- Strong understanding of California employment laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Proactive approach to legal challenges and client needs
