About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist with decision-making processes.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences and managing calendars.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Must be based in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial management.
