We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Experienced Insurance Sales Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging from $30,000 to $40,000 per year, based on experience. With commission opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $60,000+ annually, plus bonuses averaging between $2,000 and $10,000+, the potential for earning is substantial.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license.
- Minimum of 1+ year(s) of insurance industry experience.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
