We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Remote Infrastructure PM to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role is for those who thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects, ensuring the seamless integration of new systems and technologies, and driving the successful deployment of state-of-the-art healthcare software. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from any location while collaborating with a diverse and talented team.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects within the healthcare industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Utilize the Waterfall project management methodology to plan, execute, and finalize projects.
3. Oversee all aspects of project management, including risk management, resource management, and quality control.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
5. Drive the successful deployment of healthcare software, ensuring it meets the needs of end-users and aligns with the organization's goals.
6. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and workflow charts.
7. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress.
9. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure success.
10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
3. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
4. Proven experience with Waterfall project management methodology.
5. Extensive experience in software development and deployment, particularly within the healthcare sector.
6. Strong knowledge of IT integrations, with a focus on healthcare systems and technologies.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage and resolve project issues effectively.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
10. Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
11. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
12. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
