Remote Inside Insurance Sales Representative - Experience Required - Primary Location

The Paul Morgan Agency/Morgan Insurance is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Person to join our award-winning Allstate agency! You will be responsible for generating results by advising our current customers on their property and casualty insurance needs, offering the coverage that best protects their quality of life should they ever need to file a claim.

Salary Range: $72000.00 - $106000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by writing new property and casualty insurance policies from agency-provided leads.
• Follow the agencys established sales process with all clients and prospects.
• Manage a pipeline within the CRM, adhering to the agencys prescribed follow-up process.
• Ensure accuracy in underwriting to maintain compliance.
• Ensure all necessary documents are received and e-signed by clients purchasing insurance policies.
• Stay current on products, industry rules, and regulations to uphold a high level of competency.

• Must have an active Florida Property and Casualty License.
• Must have previous experience writing insurance in Florida to be considered.
• Must be available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
• This is a remote position, requiring a dedicated, professional home office setup.
