Qualifications:
- Insurance Sales Experience (Preferred): An understanding of the insurance industry and products is beneficial. Current life license is a plus
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, work along side and motivate a team of agents. Experience in mentoring or coaching is highly desirable
- Licensing: YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE PRIOR TO APPLYING BUT MUST OBTAIN ONCE CONTRACTED (SPONSORED)
- Must be over 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
