Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, services, and regulations in the market.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities by leveraging various channels such as networking, social media, and referrals.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term business partnerships.
Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client information, interactions, and sales progress.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid insurance sales license is required; must comply with state regulations.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets while working remotely.
